This is so true bigger chunk of money comes from brand promotion just to give a fake review of products promotions.
This is true for insta reels as well but consumers can easily know its a brand thing.

Content creators aka "influencers" aka "YouTubers" do not disclose when they take money to promote products or do some sort of social or political propaganda. This leads to a gigantic trust deficit between them and the consumer. The media that they like to call Godi is way more open than the digital economy if you ask me.

One thing i noticed chatgpt data on indian history is highly poisoned. Gemini is slighly better but still it promotes anti indian instance onto everything without proper. For ex- Every topic becomes controversial nd still they call Saraswati as mythical river.
