First squat sesh back after a disasterous performance at the comp last month 😞 Lost my mojo for a bit, physically & mentally, but feeling good again now Part of the learning process, I suppose. 250kg today. Hit 260kg in my last block, so I'm wanting 280kg before the year ends

Today’s work Before anyone asks why I’m using the altitude mask. Just wanted to add a bit more of a challenge on the resistance side of training. The mask for me did help with strengthening my respiratory muscles and also allows me to focus on my breathing technique.
