Lost my mojo for a bit, physically & mentally, but feeling good again now
Part of the learning process, I suppose. 250kg today. Hit 260kg in my last block, so I'm wanting 280kg before the year ends

Before anyone asks why I’m using the altitude mask. Just wanted to add a bit more of a challenge on the resistance side of training. The mask for me did help with strengthening my respiratory muscles and also allows me to focus on my breathing technique.
