We have raised $8M to bring AI into your group chats. shapes.inc is the next-gen whatsapp, re-imagined to be AI first. Our life runs in group chats - it’s only natural for AI agents to join us in these conversations. Multiplayer AI is the next frontier for agentic systems. Excited to come out of stealth after 3.5 years of building and over 1B+ conversations.

@antinertia smb/enterprise. It’s my thesis around Reddit content, you have execs lurking so distribution still matters. But farming Redditors is next level painful.

the growth team you need to go from $0 → $100m arr > media buyer > motion designer > creative designer > ugc farm manager > influencer marketing manager with this lean setup, you can: > run ads on tiktok / meta / google with infinite creatives > launch every week on x & linkedin > produce content at scale (yt, tiktok, ig) > leverage creator trust works perfectly for consumer/prosumer companies

I look forward to the day when Canadian pro-MLS shill their AI-wrapper startup than their real-estate license.

The smartest marketing move of 2026 was made by a Canadian Premier League striker on a $30K minimum salary. Tomasz Skublak scored against Atlético Ottawa, ran to the camera, pulled a real estate business card out of his sock, and made a "call me" gesture. The clip cleared 1M views in hours. OneSoccer broadcast, Polymarket, Reddit's r/soccer front page, every Canadian sports outlet picked it up by morning. Run the math on what that exposure costs through normal channels. Real estate Google Ads in Ontario run $20-30 CPM. 1M+ targeted impressions through the standard realtor playbook is a five-figure invoice. Toronto realtors routinely drop $5K-$15K a month on Facebook, postcards, and Google to hit a fraction of that reach. Skublak's marginal cost was zero. He was already on the field. The camera was already on him for a guaranteed 5-10 seconds after the goal. The business card was pure attention surplus. The setup is what makes it work. The CPL's salary cap is $1.34M for a 23-man roster and the minimum is $30K, so every player runs something on the side. Most pick coaching or gig work that pays hourly and dies the moment they stop showing up. Skublak picked the one side job that compounds with attention. He spent 5 years grinding the Ontario semi-pro circuit while quietly building a real estate book. The card in the sock wasn't an idea he had on the bench. It was the harvest of a 3-year personal-brand investment that just needed one camera angle to monetize. He scored twice in that match. He's tied for the CPL golden boot. And he just generated more pipeline in 5 seconds than a $50K marketing budget would buy him in a year. The trade was never even close.

I just learned that Pi gives you control over the whole context too, not just building on top of the core, the core really is the extension framework. So now I'm thinking about taking the lessons I learned from ctrl+code and see if I can quickly translate some of the ideas into a new extension.

Elon works like he is min-maxing a video game. These stories seem superhuman, but this is what millions of gamers do when they’re trying to level up their WoW character at 4am or climb a ladder. Why can so many people min-max video games to the extreme, yet be unable to apply the same method to real life? Why is it normal to grind in video games until 3am but unacceptable to grind until 3am when there are real stakes? The difference is the weight: real life has real consequences, and feeling this causes most people to get tired much faster. The “lightness” and lack of consequences of games allows us to engage them for long periods. I am guessing that one of @elonmusk’s secrets is that he has figured out how to make life feel more like a game, so that he can engage with it like one.
sourcery@sourceryy

.@ashleevance says @elonmusk "has no time zone." "We were at Neuralink filming something for a movie I'm making and were there until 1AM. Then he went straight from there back to xAI." "Then I had a friend who met with him at 4AM." "He lives life constantly like that."
