Temple of Zeus - A Mega-Thread 🧵 (👍 & ♻️) I am spiritually Pagan and anti-abrahamic, and do post my personal opinions. However, my main goal here is to promote Zevism as the highest spiritual path for mankind. This thread will act as a thorough introduction into Zevism.

@TomTheFormless The titanomachy is not temporal, it is a causal allegory about the Divine principles overriding the Mayic laws of existence, such as the limitations of time and decay.

@pytagorean666 I don't think this is completely true if Zeus wasn't always in power. And if using him as just a stand in for a "demiurge" figure, and not following like the history of the titanomachy, then you're just doing really the same thing as jews when they put "yahweh" in that role.

To call "the One" "God" misunderstands the Divine affairs. Intelligibility is found only in the visible Zeus, the Maha Vishnu, of Noeric, not Noetic nature. The One contains all, but it is Dias from which Henadic Divinity proceeds, and it is Zevs that draws all towards the Real.

Our experience of being is fourfold: The body acts as the sustaining mechanism. Emotion creates the sense experience and ,ideally, aligns the human towards good. The rational faculties allow the grasping of concepts. The Pneuma is the inner current generating reality.

The Gods are the foundation of existence. It is within the Gods that the Transcendental qualities are grounded: truth, beauty, being, reason and goodness, all have their foundation in their eternal generators. Expansion into multiplicity, into complexity, is core to existence.

Aphrodite, which has gone by many names in various Pantheons, is among the greatest intelligences in existence. Her governance, among others, is that of interaction. From the cosmic dance of planets, to the behavior of Atoms, all of these are Her material manifestations, Harmony.

@DevayanaEnjoyer While I do not believe the Yugas are set in stone time periods and the numbers are likely allegorical, the model is solid and has been seen in the ancient Greeks as well. We are certainly in Kali Yuga, but I think there is more hope, and Kalki is closer, than many think.

Kali Yuga is very efficient in making its degenerating presence felt in almost all aspects of human life.

The Gods do understand and know humanity, and They are very forgiving. There is no eternal hellfire, there is no emotional blackmail and there is no manipulation. Just recognize your errors sincerely, accept these, and move on. Everything is in your hands, you are learning to walk, but you fell. It's normal, it's up to you to move on.

Meditation is alignment with yourself. The Heart beats through all outside circumstances, your blood flows in your venes through even whatever one is dealing with and think that it is impossible to manage, but your organism through it operates effortlessly. Our real eyes sees reality beyond while we hallucionating in our mind because they are operating by themselves and seeing into reality beyond your thinking they are open they react to light when you are not sleeping even when you are not. Meditation is settling into these boundaries of our being and starting operating effortlessly as well in sync with life in ourselves, it is becoming yourself, your own organism. Meditation is starting to see with your own eyes beyond thoughts and emotions, exactly how your real eyes sees while you not, starting breathing navigating life same how yourself inside operates no matter how infinitely complex your organism is inside going down even to cells but operating fluently in balance and in unity. That is human potential and ability to manage cosmos inside, but approachable only with meditation: with relaxing and integrating our awareness inside and becoming masters of it, through that awareness letting our Soul to recognize itself and start working with your empowerment which is your attention, giving it consciousness and understanding of it's aliveness. That's the beauty of the Path of Zevism.

Christianity is of Izfet for a reason. For them, "the law is written on people's hearts". For us, we need a 10 page thesis on epistemological morality to explain why killing kids is bad. Don't engage in philosophical debate with those who killed philosophers.

@c0smicempr3ss Forces of entropy can influence these things. Ignore, don't give it attention, try again, keep pushing, and it'll resolve. A nice way to see it is as existence wanting you to prove yourself.

@se13kie Fully aware that people like you exist. Keep fighting the good fight and walking the path. Whether or not that leads you under the mantle of Zevism (which acknowledges within our view of the Divine many traditions, including yours), time will tell, I am not here to proselytize.

I would say the actual priesthood, as an unbroken chain of succession, was indeed severed. Connection to the Gods however, wasn't, and practitioners can, of their own worthiness and wisdom, have the Gods. Ancient religion was indeed still somewhat continued within christianity under types and shadows, because the Gods (and some of their human helpers) made sure it stays so. But a complete restoration is still required.

Yes, the Celts held (and some modern practitioners, hold) to a pantheon structure of cosmology that surpasses "demonic occultism", and their systems of spiritual practice to, among others, the Druids, which were a valid ancient priesthood of high acclaim. Similar things can be said about many other European, and not only, ancient "pagan" systems. Occult grimoire arts were an attempt to reclaim these things when knowledge was limited, and the modern left hand path falls into many new age pitfalls. All of that is true, we do agree. It is much more sane to hold to a reconstructed ancient system like many practitioners do. What Zevism is, aside from the restoration of the ancient Priesthood, is a coherent system of spiritual theory and practice that unifies all of antiquity.

@KBrnn0 Christians consider themselves a unified church guided by the Holy Spirit. I, on the other hand, have no ecclesiastical responsibility to answer for the actions of others who happened to be some form of pagan.

You're not even LARPing correctly. Jesus Christ doesn't come to help you even in theory, he sends the holy spirit. Many beginners experience basic negative dross resurfacing and call it some sort of psychic attack, then brag about how their whatever-prayer helped.
