We are happy to share our agenda for our quarterly meeting in Kuwait targeting all members of our #peds_icu community..such collaborations including all #picu in @KUWAIT_MOH help improve delivery of quality care by sharing experiences and by engaging in informative discussions

For the final talk of the day, @A_AlDaithan presented on behalf of #Kuwait PICU registry team the results of important data from all of @KUWAIT_MOH #PICU..Data is everything..In appreciation for job well done, each center’s data gathering coordinator received a trophy.

Many thanks to the #PICU team in @JahrahospitalQ8 for presenting an inspiring talk sharing their 2 year journey & results of their trauma registry to our national #PICU community including how they established the 1st PICU trauma care service &peds surgical ICU in @KUWAIT_MOH

In today’s quarterly academic #PICU task force activities, Dr. Mohd Alrefai #peds_icu consultant from Mubarak Alkabeer Hospital @KUWAIT_MOH presenting on Pulmozyme - it’s role, evidence for/against its use in bronchiolitis, &current variation in practices within PICUs in Kuwait

One behalf of all #PedsICU in #Kuwait ..we want to celebrate the role of women physicians in Kuwait and the success of the First Kuwait Women Physicians Conference @Kuwaitwpc.. We are committed to supporting and empowering our women intensivists in #PICU

Today we concluded the 1st Kuwait PICU Taskforce - Peds Functional Echo Course as part of the taskforce’s initiative to advance the care of critically ill children nationally by enhancing cardiac POCUS skills among members of the PICU community. #picu #POCUS @KUWAIT_MOH
