International law is only as strong as the power to enforce it. The ICC and similar global bodies have none. They issue rulings and demands but lack the military or economic strength to back them up. America does not need their permission to defend its borders or dismantle threats. When foreign networks target Americans and invasion-level migration continues, the United States will act in its own interest. Complaints about violating unenforceable international rules carry no weight against the reality of power. Weaker nations may hide behind these institutions to constrain stronger ones. America has no obligation to play along. Sovereignty means doing what is necessary to protect your people, regardless of what toothless global bodies declare.
