
@airtel_ng is this how you treat customers?
I bought your broadband in January. It worked for just ONE month. After renewing, it completely stopped working, and for 4 MONTHS now, nothing has been fixed.
I’ve contacted support 15+ times. Same scripted response every time: “We’ll escalate it.” No call. No email. No resolution.
At this point, this feels like outright negligence.
If the device is faulty, say it.
If it needs replacement, say it.
Enough of the empty “escalation” responses.
I’m officially escalating this to the Nigerian Communications Commission (@NgComCommission).
This level of service is unacceptable. @AirtelNigeria @Airtel_Presence
