@F7203607Fred @bedesqui Deepin was installable on Arch. For the spyware, may be. But all the major mobile and PC are the Corporate + US spyware and we don’t have a choice here.

@qeeqez @bedesqui The main issue with Gnome and KDE is that they did change. Gnome 2 and KDE 3.5 were perfect, but both felt the need to reinvent the wheel at around the same time, pissing off most people. Deepin is Debian with a configured desktop and chinese spyware, get a grip.

@bedesqui KDE and Gnome almost not changed for the last 10 years. Gnome at least stole couple of features from MacOS which is good but its not enough. Deepin was great back in the days, now its kinda stuck design wise.

@qeeqez linux desktop has been really fun for me tho, so cool that we can do literally anything on the computer didnt know about deepin tho

The Revolut app is now available on Google Play and the App Store in Turkey🇹🇷. Users can't sign up for Revolut services, but they can presumably join the waitlist for the service's launch. This indicates to me that Revolut plans to use its main app to offer services in Turkey, rather than developing a new app as it did in India. This is another clear signal that Revolut is preparing to enter the Turkish market. The company has hired a core executive team in the country, and there was a rumour that Revolut is looking to acquire a local bank.

Apple Music needs a Spotify Connect equivalent. I want full sync - seeing my current playlist and switching devices instantly across Mobile, Desktop, and Web - not just a basic AirPlay menu. Until then, the handoff experience is mid. Check the screenshots, I could switch music from any device I want without starting over. Also I have “AirPlay like menu if needed but it’s not”

@sjuradoo15 @ShishirShelke1 You could see what is playing inside the Spotify app on Mac, which playlist or radio or etc. And then you could switch from any device. It’s not the same as Airplay

@qeeqez @ShishirShelke1 You can airplay to Mac and problem solved. Also, if I’m using my Mac and I’m mirroring my phone, I don’t need my phone at that point. That’s not an important ecosystem problem someone would have for using Apple lol
