For those waiting on refunds for cancelled guests we will get everyone refunded please be patient with us as we work through getting all the refunds completed

This is much later than we wanted it to be but we have finally reached an agreement with TIXR and they have agreed to refund the virtual tickets, we will begin refunds as soon as they have transferred funds

For the orders sent to the UK that are stuck at Heathrow since June 25th. I spoke with the US post office yesterday. After 3 levels of managers the only info ...stuck in customs which has been running behind, they said check back after 15 more days

Not Quite Sure how my Kat and Emily autos are expected to find me when @qfxevents put the wrong address details on the shipping order. Yet it was was 100% correct on my order I'm not lucky enough to have a road named after me. PS Track # says its been delivered but in Australia

If your absentee order was waiting on Jessica or Talder I received those back today completed and I have just dropped them at the post office, please check your email this evening for shipping information

We have seen several questions regarding missing absentee autos if you have missing autos from QFXEast and would like information specific to your order you can DM us with your 5 digit order number and I will be happy to let you know the status

I know we have been quiet the last few days we have been busy getting all of the absentee autos together. Most of the autos have been prepped and will be shipped Tuesday morning when the post office opens

@bigdogXVI Just to clarify Jessica has not been able to complete her autos yet but you will receive your Taylor auto. As soon as Jessica is able to complete autos we will get them sent out

@qfxevents Have you notified everyone yet regarding shipping? Because i haven’t received any kind of confirmation yet and It’s leaving me feeling concerned. I’ve sent a email about this with my order number. Just want to clear the air.

Good news, I have in hand another batch of the absentee autos and I will get them packaged and sent out this week

VIRTUAL TICKET UPDATE: We will be working with TIXR to refund those who purchased our virtual admission pass. We expect this process to be completed in the next fifteen business days.

@tays_chick @StaceeManu If you are missing your video recording of 1 on 1 please fill out the refund form so that you can be refunded the cost of the recording. All recordings that were successful have been sent out.

@StaceeManu @tays_chick several refunds have gone out in the last few days please check your paypal (we are prioritizing refunding the missing 1 on 1s at the time)
