Hi science twitter (X?) 👋 we’re looking for a good method of differentiating btwn T-DNA integrated into plant cells vs. T-DNA in contaminating Agro cells when genotyping after floral dip. Anyone have a reliable method? Or a creative idea? 🙏 RT

Does anyone have a robust method for PCR checks for T-DNA integration in Arabidopsis, that isn't hampered by false positives from Agrobacterium? W/ our typical seed sterilization protocol, Agro plasmid DNA can be amplified in most if not all 9-day cotyledon leaves...
