@qpe Guru is partially correct, Ilia fought with a horrible gameplan. Trying to make every shot you throw a “KO punch”, won’t get it done, when he doesn’t try to KO his opponents it comes naturally.

I don’t think his chin was as gone as we think it is. Realistically the only two people to put him out in the last 7 years are Izzy and DDP. He took that absolutely insane spinning wheel kick from Costa which would put most people out. I think his chin is solid and it helps even more that he doesn’t have to cut the weight which makes his chin even better.
