Does anyone else need to sing their ABCs to know what letter comes after what? Last night chat had me name animals from A to Z in 10 minutes but I had to sing the song most of the time. I literally cannot remember what comes after q unless I sing the song 😭

@dreamer580656 I don’t understand the hate. This was beautifully written. Caleb isn’t my main, and sometimes I cringe when he says baby sister 🥴 but I still love love lovee his lore. I love all the LI’s lores. And I respect people’s decisions to main Caleb.

I’m genuinely so tired of people slandering Netherlord MC, like yes, please make it obvious you have not read the myth. The amount of misogyny directed at a fictional female character is insane. If you had actually read it, you’d know MC developed a habit of eating ghosts out of pure starvation after spiritmaster Caleb “died” trying to save her from being sacrificed. He forged the Netherrealm to restore balance between yin and yang, but in the process, the world lost its protector and MC lost everything: her protector, her lover, her family. She didn’t just “go feral” for no reason. The mortal realm, was plagued with chaos and starvation ran rampant. She lost her humanity to survive because she refused to believe he had died, she wanted to find him and as she consumed souls, they overtook her. By the time Caleb found her, she was a grown woman with zero memory of herself. reduced to a beast. He had to teach her everything from scratch: not to eat mortals, how to speak, how to fight, how to exist in a world she had long forgotten while searching for him. That’s why she’s clingy. Caleb’s entire character centers around preserving youth and healing the inner child, he loves, feeds, and protects. Meanwhile, she’s relearning what it means to be human. She questions herself, calls herself a monster, and even asks Caleb to kill her gently if she ever loses control again (when she nearly consumed one of her own cherished child ghost wardens). She has been through unimaginable trauma. Of course she deserves to be protected, to be coddled, to be treated like she matters. Don’t we all want someone who can hold our burdens for once? To feel safe enough to be our most unfiltered, vulnerable selves? And it’s funny, everyone loved A-01 but turns around and trashes Netherlord MC when they’re essentially the same. A-01 was literally a war weapon with no memories beyond killing and reset every day. Caleb was her only constant. He escaped the lab with her and taught her what seasons feel like, what emotions mean, why human life matters, why she matters. He gave her real food, real care, real softness in a life where she was treated like nothing more than a tool. She was relearning through him. Falling in love with him again and again, even without memories. And Caleb? He was patient, doting, protective, everything she needed in those moments. And when she becomes strong again, she does give back. She remembers. She chooses him, just as much as he chose her. So yes, I will always side eye the accounts that hate on a character written with this much depth. Because at that point, it feels like projection. Strength does not mean constantly “beating ass.” That’s such a rigid, shallow understanding of what strength looks like. Quiet strength, the ability to feel deeply, to trust, to be vulnerable, to keep going despite everything is not something everyone has. But MC does and I respect her for it. Netherlord MC is strong. She is complex, she is resilient, and she absolutely deserves the softness and care Caleb gives her. Vulnerability is literally regarded as “childish” in this fandom, I have 0 respect for those who think like this.
