It was just a lot of wrong on both sides. Phaedra blindsided Kandi by bringing her issue with her up on camera. Kandi feeling defensive then told her friend’s business on camera. Phaedra responded by wayyyy overshooting and blowing up her housewives career with it. A mess.

She was 1000% valid in how she felt. I also believe Kandi didn’t think it was a big deal because she knew Phaedra had moved on and didn’t care about Apollo anymore. But it’s like, no sis you’re not supposed to support that man in any way and should have checked your husband!

And not to EVER be on Pheadra’s side, but I believed her when she said this and still do today. Kandi was weird af letting Todd house Apollo’s shit at their house like he had no other friends or family in ATL, KNOWING he was cheating on Pheadra. And had Pheadra never pulled that weirdo rapist allegations shit and addressed this head on, she could’ve cleared Kandi on that alone.

This sounds nice, but it's a great way to undermine the welfare state. The strongest welfare states in the world (the Nordics) tax everyone, including nurses. And they give everyone universal healthcare, childcare, pensions, education in return. When the middle class has skin in the game, they defend the system. When welfare is 'just for the poor', it becomes a poor program: stigmatized, underfunded, easy to gut. That's why billionaires keep pushing this idea. The real scandal isn't that this nurse pays $12k. It's that Jeff Bezos pays $0.
