Steuer-Albtraum Niederlande: Wie du trotz Gewinn pleite gehst! Das Rechenbeispiel, das jeden Investor schockiert! 🇳🇱😱
Das niederländische Parlament hat eine Steuer von 36% auf unrealisierte Gewinne beschlossen. Klingt abstrakt? Hier ist ein Rechenbeispiel, das zeigt, wie dieses Gesetz Investoren komplett enteignen kann – selbst wenn sie eigentlich im Plus sind. Das "Szenario des Grauens" (Schritt für Schritt):
1. Der Start (Alles läuft super)
1. Jan 2028: Du investierst 50.000 € in ein Portfolio (Aktien oder Krypto).
1. Jan 2029: Bullrun! Dein Portfolio verdoppelt sich auf 100.000 €.
Dein Papier-Gewinn: 50.000 €.
Das Problem: Du hast nichts verkauft. Aber das Finanzamt behandelt die 50.000 € so, als hättest du sie auf dem Konto.
2. Die Steuer-Rechnung
Du bekommst einen kleinen Freibetrag (z.B. 3.600 €).
Versteuerbarer Gewinn: 46.400 €.
Steuersatz: 36%.
Deine Schuld: Du musst im Mai 16.704 € Steuern zahlen.
3. Der Crash (Bevor du zahlen kannst)
Bis Mai korrigiert der Markt. Dein Portfolio fällt von 100.000 € auf 60.000 €.
Das ist immer noch ein Gewinn gegenüber deinem Start (50k), oder?
FALSCH! Die Steuerrechnung bleibt bei 16.704 €, weil der Stichtag der 1. Januar war.
4. Der Zwangsverkauf
Um die Steuer zu bezahlen, musst du Anteile verkaufen.
Du nimmst von deinen 60.000 € die 16.704 € für den Staat weg.
Restwert: Dir bleiben 43.296 €.
5. Das bittere Ergebnis
Du hast mit 50.000 € angefangen.
Jetzt hast du nur noch 43.296 €.
Ergebnis: Ein Verlust von 6.704 €. 📉
Obwohl der Markt eigentlich 10.000 € im Plus steht (von 50k auf 60k), hast du durch die Steuer Mechanik einen realen Verlust gemacht und 28% deiner Anteile für immer verloren. Dieses System zerstört den Zinseszinseffekt und bestraft langfristiges Halten (HODLn). Ein Warnschuss für alle Investoren in Europa.

Starting position You own 500 shares. Value on Jan 1, 2028: €50,000 Value on Jan 1, 2029: €100,000 So the paper gain is: €100,000 − €50,000 = €50,000 unrealized profit You did not sell. But for tax purposes, that €50,000 is treated as income. Step 2. Apply exemption You are married, so you get a €3,600 exemption. €50,000 − €3,600 = €46,400 taxable amount Tax rate: 36% €46,400 × 36% = €16,704 tax bill That bill is due in May, even though you never sold anything. Step 3. Market falls before you pay Now suppose by May the shares drop in value. New total value: €60,000 So your portfolio is no longer worth €100,000. It’s worth €60,000. But the tax bill is still €16,704, because it was calculated based on the January 1 valuation. Step 4. You must sell shares to pay tax To raise €16,704, you sell part of your shares. After paying the tax, you’re left with: €60,000 − €16,704 = €43,296 Originally you had 500 shares. Now you have 360 shares left. You were forced to sell 140 shares. 140 ÷ 500 = 28% of your shares gone. Step 5. What happened economically? Before the correction: Paper gain was €50,000. After the correction: Portfolio is worth €60,000. Original cost basis was €50,000. Real gain is only €10,000. But you paid €16,704 in tax. So instead of being up €10,000, you are now: €43,296 − €50,000 = €6,704 below your original starting value. You turned a €10,000 real gain into a €6,704 net loss. And you lost 28% of your shares permanently.
