@Joe1inventor @Garytard0 @Bitcoin_Teddy Those aren’t rent. Those are additional expenses. The guy in the original post said rent is $1800 it’s plain on its face not, the national average is $1380
Im sure it happens but I’ve also literally never heard of supplying your own fridge or stove for a rental that’s insane
English

@quantballs @Garytard0 @Bitcoin_Teddy $150 for water. $130 for lights. $100 to park so add that to $1300 and your at $1680 Do you want to rent the fridge and stove? Pay $20 a week for washer/dryer?
English

@quantballs @BenjiBacker Gladly. I didn't say 5 years for this particular bridge; the numbers vary based on location and frequency of collision. This first study notes $50 million annually for Wyoming, and that's for a state with a tiny population!

Colorado built this wildlife overpass last year for $15 million. It’ll pay for itself within five years from the avoided collisions.
California spending $114 million on a failed wildlife overpass is absurd.

EXCLUSIVE: Gavin Newsom promised to build a bridge for cougars and butterflies in the middle of Los Angeles. The project has turned into another boondoggle, with broken deadlines and costs exploding to $114 million. This is Newsom's bridge to nowhere. city-journal.org/article/califo…

@quantballs @Garytard0 @Bitcoin_Teddy So then you know this guy was not of by much with his comment on the price.
English

@TwinzLikeTia @grok @StewPetersNet @BarackObama @MichelleObama Are you under the impression that grok is part of the Trump administration
English

@grok @StewPetersNet @BarackObama @MichelleObama Grok actually removing her is literally fucking insane, first the ape thing and now this, the whole administration is truly fucked up, I hate this shit for us
English

@Joe1inventor @Garytard0 @Bitcoin_Teddy When people are discussing the pricing of apartments it’s assumed that the rubs (utilities, parking, etc) are on top of the advertised rental rate.
English

@quantballs @Garytard0 @Bitcoin_Teddy Advertised price and real price are not always the same. I looked at a place $1300 but then you paid for power and water and heat and parking. Oh do you need a fridge and stove? that cost more and the washer and dryer cost $5 each...

@SamaHoole What is a good ballpark portion of daily caloric intake to budget for fat? Or is the better method to just pick marbled cuts and eat what comes in your meal rather than tracking weights
English

>Be Paul Saladino
>Heal your eczema with carnivore
>Write a book about how plants are poison
>Tell everyone that nose-to-tail is essential so you can sell liver pills at $60 a bottle
>Not eating enough fat, eating way too much liver
>Things start to nosedive
>Start adding honey because your testosterone has collapsed
>Tell your audience carbohydrates are actually fine and you've grown
>Migrate to 300g of sugar per day and call it ancestral
>Tell everyone carnivore was slowly destroying you
>Explain that ancestral humans ate carbs because raw meat contains trace glycogen
>Confirm Liver King is completely natural, no notes
>Liver King is on $11,000 a month of synthetic hormones
>Pivot to scaremongering: soap, shampoo, sunscreen, toothpaste, toilet paper
>Vegetables turn out to be okay actually
>Launch protein bar sweetened with coconut nectar
>It is ancestral
>You said so
>The liver pills are still available
>Nothing has been refunded

@Goopwalkemdown @Bitcoin_Teddy If you live in a shitty area, and your landlord is raping you, why not move to a less shitty city?

Just to make myself clear if I wasn’t, I’m on the same side of this as you.
I really HATE these economic doomer accounts. They, I think, have as bad an impact on our young people as chronic pot use or alcoholism, but they are so much more widespread and insidious
I’m 27, and it honestly feels like the ladder dissolved underneath me as I climbed. There is literally nobody younger able to take my position because they aren’t working in roles that lead to advancement.
This kind of slop absolutely kills any drive a 22 year old might have to put in the time and make their money
English

@quantballs @Garytard0 @Bitcoin_Teddy I set a filter for $900 per month tops. So you as you can see you should be able to find something you can live with in an area you are okay with that is in your budget

@quantballs @Bitcoin_Teddy I own my home in the mountains and I would never, ever leave.
English

I’m gonna repeat myself; the state is NOT paying 15 million dollars every 5 years (3 million/year) addressing animal collisions on a stretch of road (call it 15 miles in each direction of this) 30 miles long.
There’s literally no way that’s real. If you wanted to argue state wide? I could probably believe that, but I’d need to see numbers and I don’t for a moment believe that one overpass solves this problem for the entire state
This just doesn’t make sense. Do you know where to point me so I can see the studies you’re talking about?
English

@quantballs @BenjiBacker This stuff has been studied to death and it feels plainly intuitive how accidents cost money for the state and the individual. There are so many animal collisions a year on highways like this.
English

@quantballs @Bitcoin_Teddy My mortgage is 589 a month. 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, brick, fenced in backyard. Nice location
English

@Ghost45231441 @Garytard0 @Bitcoin_Teddy There’s no valid argument to be made by using the extreme high end of rent rates for a class of apartment

THIS IS WILD…
Passenger says United denied a simple request that could literally save their life.
Severe peanut allergy.
One exposure = possible fatal reaction.
All they asked for?
A small buffer zone on the plane.
Instead… they were told to basically deal with it and “email the company.”
On a packed flight where people are eating inches away…
That’s not a minor issue.
That’s life or death.
Do airlines have a responsibility here… or is this asking too much? ⬇️ 🇺🇸

In the course of the Israel/Palestine conflict there have been tragically countless horrifying stories of violence, pain, and trauma.
But an adult woman seducing a child for the purposes of luring him to his brutal death - and expressing glee and pride in court about this - has to be one of the most shockingly evil.
Her twisted smile here is absolutely demonic. No other word for it.
2001 Live@25YearsAgoLive
25-year-old Palestinian woman Amana Jawad Mona appears in court for killing a 16-year-old Israeli boy in January. She groomed the boy and led him to a spot where militants seized and murdered him. Mona is all smiles in court today as she defiantly declares “I am proud!”

@quantballs @Garytard0 @Bitcoin_Teddy It literally says „typical range between 1300 and 1800”
