Today I couldn't square off the positions in #GoldMini in only #Zerodha for the last 2 hours. It works well with other brokers. Zerodha says "It is MCX exchange" Exchange says "It's resolved" Still zerodha couldn't figure out and couldn't reconcile my positions Planning to move out of zerodha. @zerodha @MCXIndialtd @Nithin0dha

If RBI says minimum 40% haircut, it means: If your shares are worth 100 Bank will treat them as worth only 60 So you can borrow only around 60 (not 100) That missing 40 is the “haircut”, a safety cushion for the bank.
