Bishops Michael and Esther left us with words of encouragement for the work happening at Queen’s and renewed prayers, particularly for the ministry of all those currently in training.

With the new academic year now in full swing, this visit was an opportunity to meet with students and staff and share in worship and lunch with our community.

We were delighted to welcome Bishop Michael Volland, Bishop of Birmingham and Bishop Esther Prior, Suffragan Bishop of Aston, to Queen’s yesterday.

She arrived at Queen's 28 years ago for three months...and the rest is history. This month, we bid farewell to Dr Nicola Slee as she entered retirement. We pray for this new season of her life and look forward to welcoming her back at Queen's in the near future and in new ways.
