Ok first time mom question: When my baby wakes up. She just lays there quitely cooing and playing with her own hands.
I've started just letting her chill in there on her own until she cries out for me.
But today its been like 20 minutes. Do I just... let her be?

Mine did this for years. When she was 3 I told her she could get out of bed and get me. She said in a very serious voice, "oh no, I'm much too yittle to be up by myself." So I just let her have her mornings chilling in bed. She'd play with her stuffies and sing and talk to herself. Eventually she started getting up. I wouldn't worry about it.
