Anyhow, if you want to make sure that you get enough vitamin A, the simplest way would be to just to eat more liver, if you hate the taste, buy some high-quality vitamin A liquid

Few people know this Vitamin A can help reverse insulin resistance by increasing the activity of the insulin receptors within cells, resulting in improved insulin sensitivity in human subjects.

if you are going through severe psychological stress, overwhelming fear, anxiety, and terrifying intrusive thoughts and you also experience muscle twitches before falling asleep and occasional muscle pulsing/twitching throughout the day...these are classic signs of 3 things: - Vitamin b1 deficiency - loss of vagus nerve activity causing elevated SNS activity (explaining the stress, fear, anxiety...) - Magnesium deficiency (explaining the random muscle twitches...) I would advise regular vagus nerve stimulation with anxiety reducing acupressure point stimulation (search my page...) as well as vitamin B1, vitamin D and magnesium (bisglycinate or l-threonate form) supplementation with taurine + l-theanine (to calm the nervous system) - this is why people feel calmer after drinking tea - tea is rich in l-theanine You can also add lemon balm tea too (powerful gaba-ergic) These things will help bring your anxiety under control swiftly

As a further side note, intrusive thoughts are a symptom of reduced CO2 levels (reduced co2 levels causes vasoconstriction and reduced bloodflow to the brain) so buteyko breathing will also help with this matter because as co2 levels increase, the blood vessels to the brain dilate - reducing anxiety and intrusive thoughts

I've also found that drinking milk can help with the above issues - milk is a good: - source of carbohydrate (elevated cortisol due to low blood sugar can cause feelings of anxiety and panic - glucose from milk can help to reduce cortisol and reduce anxiety) - source of calcium (elevated PTH and prolactin can lead to feelings of panic as prolactin can increase estrogen which is the shock hormone - calcium can lower both PTH and prolactin levels rapidly - reducing feelings of perceived doom, stress and fear) - source of a variety of amino acids and high quality protein (again reduced protein intake can elevate cortisol levels leading to a catabolic state and feelings of anxiety, stress and perceived doom - milk is a good source of a variety of amino acids helping to reduce cortisol levels and help the body remain in an anabolic calmer state) Drink milk! (i like to drink milk with magnesium to further aid with cellular metabolism)
