@zsk I retired at 55 because I was made redundant at 51 and because the IT world isn’t interested in the over 50s, I did a bunch of ’bitty’ jobs until 55. At that point I decided that the work world and I were incompatible and that we should go our separate ways!

The job market has changed so much. I handed in my university dissertation on a Thursday, started work the following Tuesday and with the exceptions of 3 x maternity leave I've worked (not in the same job!) ever since. But I don't know if I'd be able to do that now

Just listened to a 10 minute Notebook LLM podcast on The Moderators based on the article I wrote about it for the BBC website
It was conversational, if a bit slow, and while it included everything I wrote there were also a couple of extra thoughts that were not from me.
Don't think I'm out of a job quite yet - but it's impressive
