@puknguy2 I think the point is that the gaming discourse has devolved so much to the point that anything new coming out is immediately dubbed as concord 3, they arent bashing titanfall 2 and its clear from the replies

‼️Marathon might be the first game that actually forces you to get over gear fear. The way the game is designed really pushes you to risk your kit. You’re meant to bring good gear into runs, lose it sometimes, learn from it, and jump straight back in. It’s honestly refreshing compared to games where players just hoard their best gear forever. @fredex91 @dillonatm chances are its overconfidence, I have the same effect where when I'm runnning sponsors I'm hyper aware that I'm at a massive disadvantage so I play super careful. But when I have my purple gun blue shield I feel invincible and push like an idiot and die.

It's really funny that Marathon became the exact opposite of Arc Raiders. Instead of the kids who cried when someone insulted them they've got a shooter for people who kick sandcastles
