how it feels trying to explain that al-hashimi using gen ai is an attempt at improving the system, allowing 80% less time charting and spending that time with patients, and that while it’s still not the best idea, she clearly had good intentions and isn’t just using ai for slop

don't think langdon will actually relapse for story reasons but good lord if he did could you blame him lol. just surrounded by healthcare professionals tripping over each other to show him that his 10 months of recovery mean literally nothing and absolution is impossible for him

@hidings0l0 i think she was a lot more angry abt the stealing than him being an addict. he definitely made amends in terms of his addiction but he faced basically no punishment for stealing meds from the er that were supposed to be used for patients & violating hippocratic oath

i really do wonder where they’re taking langdon & santos. last ep he apologized for his behavior and she pins it on the diversion; now she says she doesn’t care about his addiction and it’s a personal hurt for how he treated her… makes more sense but still makes me wonder

@LITTLEBlRDS from a writing standpoint i think it obv won’t happen w how much theyre alluding to it but it’s actually super common to relapse after a long time of rehab especially when ur back in that stressful environment w access to the drugs

it’s so funny to watch people worry about langdon relapsing because baby they’re not going to make him leave for rehab inbetween seasons again and have s3 be the same dance about his first day back
