Failure of the Delhi Police : > People were able to fly drones over restricted areas. > Not adequate amount of security personnel were deployed. > CCTV footage from the control room was leaked to the public. > At many protest sites, large piles of bricks and stones were already present. Why were they not removed beforehand? Failure of the Government : > You ignored the UGC moment. > Pradhan's resignation should have come the moment it was officially confirmed that the NEET paper had been leaked. > You didn't focused to your so called IT CELL from last 3 years. > Failed to improve your communication with the public. > For the past 3 years, people have repeatedly advised the government to manage social media more effectively, but those warnings were ignored. > You failed to track the source of the funds that were allegedly generated and transferred to influencers. Add to this list whatever failures of the government or Delhi Police you have observed.

Tomorrow, we will head to Delhi as you (the govt) never spoke to any stakeholders over the India-US FTA. You are signing this FTA in a secret way as the govt tells us nothing about it. All that we get to know is from the US side through their press releases. We are heading to Delhi to request the PM to tell us about this agreement. People from Haryana, Rajasthan, HP, Maharashtra, UP and Uttarakhand are also coming for this one-day rally."

PUBLIC ADVISORY In view of reports of a proposed march to Parliament by CJP on 20.07.2026 (Monday), Delhi Police hereby categorically clarifies that no permission has been sought or granted for any such protest march/procession. Prohibitory order under Section 163 BNSS (erstwhile section 144 CrPC) is in force in the New Delhi District. *Accordingly, protest marches, processions, demonstrations and assemblies of five or more persons are strictly prohibited*, except at the designated protest site at Jantar Mantar, with prior permission. As Parliament session is commencing from 20 July, strict security arrangements are in place to ensure public safety, security of protectees, and the protection of vital government installations. Any person violating these prohibitory orders shall be liable for prosecution under Section 223 BNS and other applicable provisions of law. Delhi Police appeals to all citizens to respect the law, refrain from participating in any unauthorised gathering or march, and cooperate in maintaining public peace, safety and security. @LtGovDelhi @DelhiPolice @CJP_for_India

After careful deliberation PDP has decided to join the Jantar Mantar protest only if the restoration of Article 370 & release of political prisoners are at the heart of the agenda. Participating in a protest that is confined solely to statehood would amount to putting the last nail in the coffin of our larger constitutional struggle for Article 370 thus legitimising BJP’s illegal August 5, 2019 actions. Our fight is for constitutional rights not one time symbolic gestures.
