After such long downtime, don't you think instead of thanking people for patience, must you apologize to them? Will we ever get to know why the scans are so freaking blurry and crappy? Were these the same scanned copies examiners checked on screens? Will we ever get to know why students are being sent their answer scripts through a "@gmail.com" address and not a trusted government sub-domain? Why are students not even being prompted to check their spam box to get their "OFFICIAL 12TH BOARD ANSWERSBOOKS ISSUED BY THE NATIONAL EDUCATION BOARD OF INDIA" sent via amazon mass mailing services with unconfigured aws tracking redirects? Will we ever get to know why an official government portal was HACKED or COMPROMISED in BROAD DAYLIGHT and started listing prices as 69.67? Just putting a simple portal back after 12 hours of downtime won't restore the whole system from ruins.

After nearly 12 hours of being "under maintenance", the website went live again at 2 AM yesternight. Yet, the same failures occur. - unsuccessful payments - pending applications The links to answerscripts that were mailed to students earlier still fail to open. We're getting nowhere, no matter how long we wait. #CBSEOSMScam

Apparently CBSE has been using a generic "@gmail.com" address to send official Class 12 answer sheet photocopies. Half the students aren't even getting them because Gmail is automatically dumping the emails straight into the spam folder. And if you do find it, uBlock Origin flags the link immediately because the vendor wrapped it in an unconfigured AWS tracking redirect that looks exactly like a phishing scam. A national board can't even set up a basic official government subdomain for its emails, and the same board tests us on subjects like CS / CA / IT / AI @cbseindia29?
