@wonnyjalsh @tombranfoot @FloatLevel @ra_bear The first time you do it, it is really difficult to let your mind switch off. Maybe the first 45/50 minutes is your brain experiencing every thought at once, then all of a sudden it just switches. Found that the more you do it, the easier it is to get into that unthinking space.
