all of these photos weren't possible before. i implemented proper timestop in photo mode yesterday and today i took some photos

Kuro Games has broken Steam Deck (and by extension Linux) support as of Wuthering Waves 3.4. This client is downloaded using the 3.4 predownload, it is not the beta client.

@not_alff @DailyDoseofWuWa Likely both, I have investigated some cutscenes and they love doing the weirdest camera transformations ever in some of these ( i once saw in a 3.2 cutscene they had the fov at a absurdly high value (close to the limit))

@DailyDoseofWuWa im not sure what they did with the close up shot here because lucy’s face model would definitely look weird in this angle. they either warped her model specifically for this scene or the camera. im pretty sure its the former as they did so with hiyuki in some scenes too
