I’ve had very intense conversations with Bobby and the White House over the weekend and even this morning. I want to thank VP JD specifically for his honest counsel. Debates don't decide elections and incumbency is definitely not worth giving up just to do better in debates. Here is a Historian who specializes in this and has predicted the outcome of every presidential election in the last 40 years. He agrees with political scientists who say that replacing Biden now almost guarantees Trump wins. The last time an incumbent was replaced in a presidential election, it didn't turn out well for the replacement.
