@MbarkCherguia The menu is a contract. You gave a written list of options at a specified price. You can’t just jack up the price without disclosing the pricing change to the customer before the order is placed. Karen could’ve been more polite, but she’s not wrong.

She ordered straight from the menu on the table… but the prices were outdated. Now the bill is higher and she’s absolutely LOSING it on the waitress. Should the restaurant honor the price she actually saw? Or is her attitude the real problem?
