Communication is an area that needs massive improvement. Without a thorough training in team dynamics, many esports coaches show a disconnect from the true needs of their players outside of game mechanics. I think we’re about to see a breakthrough in team dynamics. #esports

Esports has a long way to go if it wants to build structures. Number 1: Stop taking quick money. I know we're all struggling, but take it slow, build sustainable revenue, and stop partnering with organizations that offer quick money and no true value to your audience. #esports
