I'm possibly being a little foilhat here but isn't it weird that a non-responsive military helicopter hits a passenger jet and all the US government have to offer is entirely diverting the conversation to DEI?

The two types of UK Chancellor: I was born into wealth which makes me an expert on economics and the solution is austerity. I was born into an honest to goodness working class home which makes me an expert on economics and the solution is austerity.

The jay report reccommended that police officers who served in rotherham be arrested for sexual abuse against children. That's why police were covering it up, not 'they were too afraid to seem racist' or 'multiculturalism'. They were abusing kids! theguardian.com/uk-news/2024/d…

Yesterday a car crashed into a Christmas market in Magdeburg, killing at least two people and injuring dozens more. While the attack is reminiscent of past Islamist attacks, the perpetrator appears to be an ex-Muslim aligned with the German far-right. antifascisteurope.org/ex-muslim-carr…

I love American exceptionalism because somehow even their oppression is worse than the rest of ours, their prisons are worse than ours, and somehow living under a brutal dictatorship is actually so much easier than living in the police state that is NYC.
ORGANIZE. EDUCATE. AGITATE. | 沈@NotMountainChen

Calling Syria "one of the world's worst police states" while living in NYC is the pinnacle of American schizo-fascism.

#Syria: those people survived the Red building in Saydnayah prison. They were freed tonight from the 1st underground floor but thousands are still trapped, including in the 2nd & 3rd levels. A race against the clock started (underground ventilation systems don't work anymore).

#Syria: works continue in Saydnayah prison to reach the highly-secured underground floors of the Red building. One by one, meter by meter, the cells are opened.
