แถลงการณ์ ณ วันที่ 13 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 Statement as of February 13, 2026 ขอเรียนแจ้งให้ทราบว่า งาน/ซีรีส์/สื่อประชาสัมพันธ์/การผลิตผลงานใด ๆ ที่นอกเหนือจากที่สตูดิโอได้ประกาศหรือโปรโมตอย่างเป็นทางการว่าเกี่ยวข้องกับศิลปินในปี 2026 นั้น มิใช่ข้อมูลที่เป็นความจริง ปัจจุบัน สตูดิโอและ/หรือศิลปินยังไม่เคยได้รับการติดต่อ บอกกล่าว หรือคำขออนุญาตใด ๆ จากโปรดักชั่นหรือบุคคลภายนอก เกี่ยวกับการนำงาน/ซีรีส์/สื่อประชาสัมพันธ์/การผลิตผลงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับศิลปินไปใช้หรือเผยแพร่แต่อย่างใด การนำ งาน/ซีรีส์/สื่อประชาสัมพันธ์/การผลิตผลงาน ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับศิลปินไปใช้โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต อาจเข้าข่ายเป็นการละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ และ/หรือการละเมิดสิทธิอื่นใดที่เกี่ยวข้อง และถือเป็นการกระทำที่ต้องห้าม หากมีการฝ่าฝืน ศิลปิน/สตูดิโอขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการดำเนินการตามกฎหมายอย่างถึงที่สุด Any work/series/promotion/production that has not been officially announced or promoted by our Studio as being associated with our artist in 2026 is not verified by the Studio and should be treated as false. As of the date of this statement, neither the Studio nor the artist has received any contact, notification, or request for authorization from any production company or third party regarding the use or distribution of any work/series/promotional materials/productions relating to our artist. Any unauthorized use may constitute copyright infringement and/or other violations of applicable rights and is strictly prohibited. The artist/Studio reserves all rights to pursue all remedies available under applicable law.
