A better workflow looks like this: 1) Define the system architecture Break the problem into smaller tasks 2) Use AI as an assistant, not the driver 3) Verify every piece of generated code 4) Iteratively improve the system AI should be a tool. Not the brain of your project. The developers who win in 2026 won’t just generate code. They’ll design systems and guide AI to build them.
