@virginmedia New internet & TV hardware is on its way, as existing equipment is outdated; however, I've been sent a new 12mth contact with a higher monthly fee as a result. I do not wish to enter a new contract, this was confirmed possible on my call, but now it appears this isn't the case.

Recent @TicketmasterUK users, keep an eye on your bank account - a recent data breach occurred & in the same week I’ve just been targeted. Bank confirmed circa £300 of fraudulent payments. Luckily caught it early.
