So here's another lil indie oddity for you guys. It's a MUGEN game from 2006 called Babel Sword, which basically plays like pumped up Psychic Force with mechs. Great production values all around (even has an opening cutscene). Pretty unbalanced, but that's the norm for MUGEN.

24 years ago this month, Psychic Force released on the PS1 at EU. It was developed by Taito and published by Acclaim Entertainment.
