O, I understand, and not only the music, but also the event was frenetic at times! Most of the participants though really wanted to express themselves in movement very vigorously, and of course this music really invites that. There was one participant though who for periods just sat, listened and watched, anchoring the movement in stillness. At a quite a dramatic moment in the music a car with flashing lights drove by the windows, then at one point the loudspeaker fell down - the music just continued though. To put even more into the mix, I also invited people to make their own sounds after that, so that you couldn’t even tell what sounds came from the recording, and what from participants. Finally, when the music finished, everybody was completely still for several minutes. Afterwards, a very interesting sharing session. On another occasion, I will try a movement & stillness session completely without music.

@chrisjbergm Thank you for giving me a taste of the event, Chris! That music had a very unexpected flavor for me. More frenetic. It a little bit made me nervous! I am realizing that your love of movement has much to do with your love and feeling for music ~ such a mysterious art. ❤️

@rafandbird It was a small group of us, including two people you met in person, I think. We explored and moved with this piece of music: music.apple.com/fr/album/steve… There was a rich sharing session at the end, and a shared feeling of openess and wonder!

2 nights ago I hosted a public event. I had expected to have alot of fun during it but I did NOT! Instead, I was stressed. So disappointing! I sat after & then realized that during the event I had been PURIFYING. That that's my JOB. Instantly, I felt lighter.

So that the covert operations not only could not implement what they were doing, but could— They could be identified and picked off. And Iran was able to shut down the whole thing. And as soon as that happened, the leaks you were getting from both Israel and the United States about we're about to go to war with Iran immediately stopped. "And the war with Iran was off the table. And shockwaves went around the world because this is part of the invisible weaponry that has given the United States and the empire so much confidence that it can engineer regime change. And we now see both in Russia and Iran, two countries that have been able to checkmate the hybrid warfare. And I hate to say this, if you look at things happening in places like Minnesota, we need to figure out how to do the same domestically."

Amazon is refusing to ship the book I published with @IngramPubPros who does not respond to my emails.

IngramSpark. Have published with them for about 5 years. The last couple of months though something has gone wrong. I ordered books on Nov 25 EXPEDITED. And they are not being shipped until tomorrow, 2 weeks later. Very disappointing.
