Non mains ranking Vinesurge Instinct low does not bother me because they would not understand it. I felt like this card was for Caleb mains like you have to have some knowledge about his character and previous cards to comprehend. It’s like Rafayel card ignited echos. Non mains ranked it low but Rafayel mains love that card. It’s honestly still one of my favorite Rafayel cards. Just like how Vinesurge Instinct is now one of my favorite Caleb cards.

i kept on thinking about why they used the koi fish in rafayel's card n realized the kanji '恋' is pronounced as 'koi' which also means 'to yearn for' other than romantic 'love'; it's also used to express emotional layers like wanting/obsessing
