@raffall_app I tried to purchase 4 tickets last night to a comp, and it said payment failed. But it then still charged me for my tickets and I didn’t receive any. I only have one entry which I purchased previously, I should now have 5.

@naterogers9 Just checked with the payments team. It seems that every time you make a new withdrawal request you input the name on the card or your initials as opposed to your bank account name. That’s the reason why they are being rejected.

@raffall_app tried numerous times to get my money out... using multiple bank accounts. Multiple times to be told that the bank account details are incorrect
