What to do in a bull market? Same thing as what to do in a bear market. Hyper focus on making your users happy. Double down on improving features, UX, performance, that make your power users delighted. Word of mouth from power users is the best and cheapest marketing tool. Projects that don’t have their first 20 power users really need to ship and iterate the core substantive features that acquire their first customers. Ship the core differentiated features as fast as possible and iterate. The biggest challenge is finding that set of features that have so much pmf that customers onboard despite bad UX and other hurdles.
