Beau passed away peacefully in my arms last night. She lost the battle with her illness but we managed to call a vet around, so she fell asleep lying on my chest looking into my eyes. Beau was with me since I was 14, almost 13 beautiful years with my baby. She saw me through all the greatest events life threw at me, and comforted me every step of the way. She is my best friend, my baby, and I’m so happy we got to grow up together. Sleep well my angel, I’ll see you again soon 🐾💕

What do you mean when you say "return back to normal?" As in, you do the 1-2 minute ad read and then continue with the rest of the video? Because in the case of the above, their content is 80% sponsored videos on products and services - the same way affiliates make videos on products they want to sell via e-commerce, or creators that create UGC for brands. In this case, the creator's "normal content" are the advertising videos. I'm failing to see how one, two, or three other formats are acceptable but not the latter 🤔

a mental model for this: Are you doing an ad slot (then back to normal)? or Are you the a billboard? Former preserves brand & trust more than the latter, unless it's ones own product. That's basically how I've navigated it over the years.

Recently I’ve been seeing a handful of content creators hate on other content creators that create a lot of sponsored “reviews”, I’m curious as to why? I understand fundamentally that a review can’t truly be a review if it’s funded by the developers or publishers because it’ll be bias towards them, and that’s totally fine. However, 👉🏼👉🏼these creators criticising are focusing more on the fact that 80% of their income is branded sponsors. My question is why? In this day and age, influencers/content creators can be seen as digital billboards or adverts in replacement for traditional TV adverts back, etc. Am I viewing this wrongly? I use my platform to promote products and services. I feel like this is the same as YouTubers who insert 1-2 minute ad reads before the main content begins, but it’s just a different type of format. The latter seems to be more widely accepted, or rather, totally ignored by the creators who are passing hate on creators that do “dedicated advertising “. They’re both marketing materials paid for by companies. If “sponsored reviews” are entirely the problem then: 1) Why are creators with millions of subscribers who shill sponsored ad reads in every video ignored? Why are reads different when they say “I genuinely love this product, I use this product, I encourage you to buy this”? 2) Why are we now having issues with sponsored reviews even though they’ve been around for literally years? 3) Why can’t creators genuinely love a product or service but be shit on for not being able to express that because it’s sponsored?

@PandaTVoce Yeah I agree, my video very much was my POV, I think I mentioned it a few times as a PSA that it’s not fact, it’s my opinion of what I’ve experienced in the game. Maybe I’m very lucky to have not experienced anything remotely toxic in Classic yet 😊

Ive seen the same thing happen many many times in classic, ive seen people flammed, kicked for not being *META SPEC* for heroic dungeons.... This tweet was before I watched the video, but ill be honest I watched it last night and I wasn't going to make a tweet,ect about it because I feel like it would be a bit of a pile on and I got nothing against you at all, but I feel most of your video was about your POV vs reality for most players, I think you contradict yourself many many many times in the video & a lot of your info is straight up wrong, I think you see the game from a very STREAMER POV also
