@MyNykaa I had placed an order on 22nd August and till date it’s not delivered. The delivery partner Shadowfax keeps on sending messages saying it’s out for delivery but doesn’t deliver my order. It’s a paid order and now I’m skeptical for the order. Please help.

@firstcryindia you guys are making a fool of customers by asking for videos again n again for a return and post that cancelling the return saying it can’t be done. Why sell poor quality products? Hence, your offline stores take no responsibility of online products.

@firstcryindia @XpressBees_IN u guys are unable to deliver an order from past 3 weeks. When called all I hear is wait for 24 hours and your order will be delivered. Showing fake reasons in the app by saying customer denied order which is not the case.
