TO THE OPEN MERIT STUDENTS IN J&K: Today as the students in the entire country rejoice, and rightly so, I want to ask a question to our students in J&K: Why were they taken for granted on the much graver and unjust issue of the New Reservation Policy? Our politicians could go to Jantar Mantar but what did they deliver when it came to the issue of reservations in J&K? Did they create sustained pressure on the Government? Did they devote themselves to this serious issue with seriousness of purpose? Why did we fail to get justice on our issue? Something to ponder upon.
