Throw away seed oils, cook only in ghee. Don’t eat after 7 pm, your body “shuts down.” Avoid gluten, even if you have no issues. Stop eating street food, one bite will ruin everything. Only eat organic, everything else is poison. Avoid protein powder, it’s “full of chemicals.” This is how fearmongering starts.

He had been convicted in 1997 and sentenced to life imprisonment for murder and kidnapping. However, after being granted interim bail in 2000, he fled and remained on the run for years. During this period, he gained support from sections of hindutva group, producing controversial content targeting the Muslim community. After his controversial videos, He was invited to TV debates, featured on YouTube podcasts run by Hindutva accounts, and even had access to BJP ministers and BJP MLAs. Looks like, he may have used this alignment to build trust and avoid arrest, seeing it as a way to stay under the radar for as long as possible. Sadly for the Right Wing, He is now in custody on murder charges of murdering a Hindu.

However, in 2000, he came out on parole and absconded. Around 20 years ago, he settled in Ghaziabad, initially working in construction before becoming a cleric About 7 years ago, he left Islam & added “Vastic” to his name. He later started a YouTube channel called “Salim Vastic 007,” where he spoke against Muslims, gaining support from certain Hindu groups & building an identity as an ex-Muslim. Recently, after he was attacked in Ghaziabad, his name suddenly came into national discussion. During this period, Delhi Police became aware of his past crimes, verified them, and waited for his recovery. Last night, Delhi Police arrived in Ghaziabad, arrested him, and took him into custody. He will now be presented in court. This is the reality of the so-called Islamophobic scum which got national support from the BJP and other Hindu organisations.
