The never ending loop:
One minute I’m deep in client work - deadlines, feedback coming in from different clients, discovery calls.
Then everything finally gets done and I feel on top of the world.. but that lasts about 10 minutes.
Then it’s like…I should probably post more, get more clients, learn more AI, keep up with trends, write my content.
Does it ever stop lol

A lot of people overthink investing.
Not just money, but investing in general.
Starting a business.
Working on your health.
Learning a new skill.
Putting time into something that might pay off later.
There’s always risk.
But doing nothing is a risk too.
Most of the good things in my life came from taking a chance on something that wasn’t guaranteed to work.

Been working on the new Designment website.
Jumping between Cursor and Framer to build it and honestly while theres a a lot that can be achieved with custom code and AI, I'm still leaning towards Framer.
A lot of the work is under NDA, but I’ll be uploading some of my other newer projects soon 👀

@rahulluthra22 Many people think that corporate meetings are very boring. Do you also think so?😊
English

One thing I don’t miss about the 9–5.
Unnecessary meetings.
Don’t get me wrong, I still jump on calls with clients when needed. I also do multiple discovery calls when a project requires it.
But it’s nowhere near what corporate was like.
Huge difference between the meetings I used to have in my 9–5 vs the ones I have now with clients.
Now we get straight to the point. Focus on the work. Make decisions.
That’s also a big reason I’m able to produce a lot more cause I’m not stuck in constant meetings.
Freelance comes with a lot of work, but the clarity you get when you sit and design for hours with no distractions and proper focus is honestly the best part.
Meetings about meetings… that whole loop still gives me PTSD lol.

One of my corporate clients flew me to Melbourne for a 3-day design hackathon to improve their conversions.
We started by digging into the data and research, looking closely at user flows, friction points and where people were dropping off.
There were a few clear problems:
- Mobile optimisation wasn’t great.
- Product pages were buried deep in the journey and hard to compare.
- Call-to-actions were written around internal intent.
- And the site was pretty jargon heavy.
So we worked on a few practical fixes:
- Simple plan finder on the homepage - “I am this → looking for this”
- Help me find a plan wizard based on what matters to the user
- Rewrote call-to-actions
- Focused heavily on mobile optimisation
- Cleaned up the navigation
- Brought level 2 and level 3 pages closer to the homepage
Conversions have gone up drastically since those changes.
Always reassuring to see the effort pay off.

Last year I worked on a client project building a skills framework platform.
Initially the client just wanted to reskin the platform.
But once I went through the product, a lot of the flows were broken. A reskin alone wouldn’t have really fixed the problems.
So I suggested redoing the flows and redesigning the platform properly from scratch.
Their biggest concern was timeline. They wanted everything done in a month, which is why the original ask was just a reskin.
Still stuck to the original timeline and got everything done.
• 40+ product screens
• All screen states
• Landing page
• Social templates
Glad we could pull it off. Wouldn’t have given me the same satisfaction if we had just done the reskin.

Happy Monday.
Quick rundown of what my week is looking like:
- Working on scaling the business
- Continuing current client projects
- Kicking off 2 new clients
- Working on some new branding directions for Designment
- 3 discovery calls with some solid potential clients
- Getting my partner @mmmkkaaayyyy more involved in the business
March has been the best month the business has ever had. But also one of the most exhausting. So glad I’ve got a holiday coming up. Lessss go.

Last year, I completed a project for one of Asia's biggest gaming tournament platforms, Ascend.
This is what was delivered in 35 days:
- a 25-page pitch deck
- Full branding + logo
- 20+ brand assets + social templates
- Prompts so they can generate unlimited brand assets themselves
- Website (mobile optimised)
