We had an expected group of visitors at Penley this morning. They had a good look around and were very impressed by the work we do but didn't think they would have use of the Rainbow buses as they had their own transport. As demonstrated by Dad when he flew up to the roof.

A big thank you to Dance HQ who came along to Chirk yesterday afternoon and provided a wonderful showcase of their skills. Next week we return to singing as Clare Harrison Music will be joining us at Chirk Parish Hall on Thursday 25th February from 1:30pm - 2:30pm.

If anyone is looking for a new health and fitness challenge for the new year, don't forget that our Pilates class at Piercy Hall in Marchwiel meet weekly on a Thursday evening from 6pm - 7pm. No need to book and just pay as you go.

If you are local to Ruabon then don't forget that next week on Wednesday 10th January we have our Music Memories session. This session is completely FREE and is an inclusive and dementia friendly hour singing some well known songs from the past.

When the days get shorter and the evenings are darker there's nothing like a little bit of pampering to lift our spirits. The "Rainbow Spa" has become a little bit of a weekly tradition now in our Penley hub as many of our clients enjoy a little bit of colour on their nails.

We had some very special visitors with us in Penley a few weeks ago. Maria celebrated a rather special birthday last year and made a very generous donation to us at The Rainbow Foundation. That donation allows us to support as many people as we can in our local communities.
