New: @UTAustin spent more than $300,000 on the inauguration & celebration for President @JCHartzell. The expenses include $130K+ on catering, $60K+ on A/V equip. rental, and $12.7K on UTPD. UT said all expenses were paid through donations — not state funding or tuition.
