@_01kcal eggs are super good for your body BUTTT id pair it with a side of carbs or a sauce just to feel extra full
but since its such a small amount of food you MIGHT (MIGHT) gain a little back after the diet

i dont get full off that at all
youre better off doing omad/tmad and working off the calories you ate
you can also do the mini workout after dinner if you choose tmad
