As much as I didn't like the finale to nodkrai's aq (I liked it up to rerir's subplot) getting both mondstadt and sumeru lore in a version patch is just a blessing🙏🙏🙏

Getting both doomed yaoi and doomed yuri in a single archon quest was wild btw I can't believe we got a 400 year record of dottore exploring pantalone's body and a racist queen exhausting the last of her existence just to feel the last remnants of her beloved

I love them all so much... the current sumeru cast drawing parallels to the seven pillars was adorable... I wish they put an extra scene to explain sethos being in deshret's seat. Bc, while it makes sense when you think abt it, there was no narrative explanation leading to it

// 6.6 archon quest thoughts and impressions thread I know some of you know the fatui harbringers aren't exactly my favourite gang and, while the story is generally fine (finally teyvat lore), I loathe doing nodkrai quests... Damn I love dottore. Best villain so far 10/10.

Venti will always have a special place in my heart for our introduction to teyvat lore. But, I will always gush about how he's introduced as a narcissistic character, only for all that to fall flat when you realize he never is boasting about himself.

When you do sumeru's AQ, you can feel the immediate difference in nahida's personality pre and post rukkha. She lived 500 years under her shadow, unwanted. And when that tall figure disappeared... she proudly stands up and tries to fill in the large shoes she thinks is hers.

My fav archons ranked would be venti>nahida>mavuika>furina>ei>zl

Its so hard to put into words, but all archons have a single person that shaped who they are now. Venti and nahida /are/ them

Nahida and venti are two archons I just will endlessly gush about, because the most prevalent trait we see of them is directly caused by a lingering memory (or lack thereof)
