While Exam reforms are fine Please understand If the supply is of 136000 seats and Demand is of 2300000 seats 21 Lakh plus students are going to get disappointed in any case. Any amount of exam simplification is not going to solve this. Focus should be two fold 1. Try and increase intake. However this can only be incremental 2. Encourage alternative fields of studies and focus on creating employment opportunities there.

We failed as a country 💔

Dear FM Madam @nsitharaman ji, I have said it before. And I'll say it again. Loud & Clear. LTCG of 12.5% on Equities is one of the Lowest in the World. But there are a few issues: 1. LTCG was ZERO from 2004 to 2018. STT was introduced to offset the Loss in Revenue. It incentivised long term Investors to Hold on Patiently and enjoy Long Term Returns. I believe that Step was something Golden and rewards Long Term Thinking. FM Madam should reconsider this. Keep STT. Abolish LTCG. 2. STT is already taken for every transaction. This is a tax. Again putting Capital Gain, especially on Long Term Gains is not Ok. This is my Opinion. STT is borne by the investor irrespective of Profit or Loss. 3. We are not against Paying Taxes. In fact, we all Pay Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax, GST, Excise, VAT, Tax on Dividends and what not. The problem is the Freebies which are Distributed during the Elections. This is not at all ok. We don't want a single rupee of our Capital Gains to be used for Freebies. Please. I humbly request the FM Madam to Abolish LTCG on Equities. Make the Long Term Period 24 months instead of 12 months. You will see Patient Capital 👍 For Indian Investors like me, the Pain is lesser. We will continue to Create Wealth. But what about our FII brothers & sisters. They also deserve to get minimum returns in Dollar Terms. I feel for the FIIs who have suffered due to declining Rupee and they still have to pay LTCG on Rupee Terms. Something the FM Madam and team should revisit. I think that it is a good time to implement this. FII no longer control our markets. Domestic Funds are consistent and plenty. If FIIs leave, let them Leave with Head Held High. That is our Responsibility. India Structually is Brilliant. Let's make it Tax Friendly as well. Patient Capital will Flow More & Stay, if these Steps are Taken. A Proud Indian Investor, #FI

An example of @FinMinIndia Babugiri on PF: If an employer contributes for PF, tax free employee contribution is limited to 2.5 lakhs PA. A GOI employee could contribute upto Rs 5 lakhs PA tax free, as there is no employer PF. Earlier there was no limit. @nsitharaman

Does he know that in many BJP ruled states reservation has already been taken close to 80%? Matlab ab inhe 50% ki limit se dikkat nahi. These people keep shifting the goal post for BJP. Also BJP is considering reservation based on religion too and in fact, many Christian and Muslim castes do get reservations even today. BJP’s Ministers have openly supported reservation in Private Sector. So shut up!

Keep dreaming that reservation should be removed. I will tell you why it can't be removed. Firstly, there are three types of reservations under the constitution. Reservation for MLA/MP seats, reservation in educational seats, and finally reservations in public jobs. The constitution gave a 10-year limit only for political reservation and not reservation in education and public jobs. They are a permanent feature and cannot be removed. Now, to remove political reservation also, you need a 2/3rd majority, which no political party has. So, how will you remove reservation is the question??? OBC reservation was also in the constitution from the beginning. Yes. we can remove one reservation for sure. That is EWS reservation. Let's start and remove EWS reservation

Demanding to remove caste-based reservation without asking to remove caste system is the reason this will fail.

As much as the central government is taking credit for building a lot of infrastructure, it needs to find out why a significant number of these projects are of poor quality. What is the use of pouring billions into building infrastructure that will probably not last very long? Infrastructure built with current technology and developments should last for many decades. Quantity can be appreciated only if there is quality. Otherwise, it is a drain on resources and merely ends up as vanity projects.
