While i was taking technical interviews here are some of the things I’ve observed as an interviewer. Read the whole thread! 1. Never be late to join the call. Try to be at least 2-3 min earlier and settle.

No matter how much stuff I put out, I sometimes still wake up and feel like all my ideas are nonsense and I got nothing. But what then often happens is I re-remember that all I can do is try. And if I show up, I find ideas always nearly always follow. If you’re someone out there that wants to make stuff or just in the thick of it, please continue trying and showing up. You'll likely end up surprising yourself.

sure you can throw 50K USD per month to agencies to get you inorganic views with questionable conversions but hitting millions of views organically is a different high shoutout to the whole team of @heyclicky for crafting an insanely good product to begin with

Just because anyone can build software now doesn't mean software is dead. Anyone can bake bread in their home right now, yet 99% of us still choose to buy it from someone else. Simple products are complex! I will always be happy to pay someone to handle the nuances.

I canceled my @WHOOP subscription, and the only reason was that they made it extremely hard to cancel. It’s not possible via their app, and even if you find their obscure link, they don’t allow you to cancel unless you answer 9/10 questions. Feels extremely deceiving. Better to avoid paying companies that have zero respect to their users.

I trained models across MacBooks using Apple's AirDrop protocol. grove is a distributed training library for Apple Silicon. Devices discover each other over AWDL, a direct radio link. If there's a shared WiFi network it upgrades to that for speed, otherwise everything goes over the direct link. No router, no cloud, no setup. grove start
