1/3 झारखंड सरकार के रेजिडेंट कमिश्नर श्री अरवा राजकमल ने आज न्यू झारखंड भवन परिसर में उद्योग विभाग एवं झारखण्ड टूरिज्म डेवलपमेंट कॉरपोरेशन (JTDC) कार्यालय प्रारंभ करने की संभावनाओं पर विस्तृत चर्चा किया।

2/3 उद्देश्य है दिल्ली स्थित न्यू झारखंड भवन को प्रशासनिक समन्वय,औद्योगिक निवेश,पर्यटन प्रोत्साहन एवं जनसंपर्क गतिविधियों के प्रभावी केंद्र के रूप में विकसित करना।इस पहल से निवेशकों, पर्यटकों एवं आगंतुकों को एक ही परिसर में बेहतर सुविधाएं एवं त्वरित सेवाएं उपलब्ध कराना।

2/3 उन्होंने पारदर्शी एवं तकनीक-संचालित प्रशासनिक व्यवस्था, डिजिटल मॉनिटरिंग सिस्टम, ऑनलाइन फीडबैक, अद्यतन रिकॉर्ड प्रबंधन, स्वच्छ शौचालय एवं प्रभावी कूड़ा-कचरा प्रबंधन सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए।

आज आवास में वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों के साथ World Economic Forum, दावोस तथा United Kingdom में राज्य में निवेश को लेकर विभिन्न कंपनियों के साथ हुई बैठकों के पश्चात प्रगति की विस्तृत समीक्षा की। निवेश प्रस्तावों को शीघ्र धरातल पर उतारने तथा समयबद्ध क्रियान्वयन सुनिश्चित करने के लिए अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए। हमारी प्राथमिकता है कि प्रकृति के साथ सामंजस्य बनाते हुए राज्य में निवेश बढ़े, रोजगार के अवसर सृजित हों और विकास की गति और तेज हो।

आज रांची स्थित बिरसा मुंडा हवाई अड्डा परिसर में निर्माणाधीन स्टेट हैंगर एवं उससे जुड़े आधारभूत ढांचा निर्माण कार्यों का निरीक्षण किया। इस दौरान कार्यों की प्रगति, गुणवत्ता एवं समयबद्धता की विस्तार से समीक्षा की और उपस्थित अधिकारियों को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया कि सभी निर्माण कार्य निर्धारित मानकों के अनुरूप और तय समयसीमा के भीतर हर हाल में पूर्ण हों। विकास के इस दौर में राज्य के लिए आधुनिक, सुदृढ़ और विश्वस्तरीय इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर का निर्माण अत्यंत आवश्यक है। साथ ही निर्माण प्रक्रिया में नवीन तकनीकों के अधिकतम उपयोग, बेहतर संसाधनों के समुचित प्रबंधन एवं कार्यों की नियमित और प्रभावी निगरानी सुनिश्चित करने का भी निर्देश दिया, ताकि परियोजनाएं तेजी से और पारदर्शिता के साथ पूरी हो सकें। हमारा संकल्प है, मजबूत आधारभूत संरचना के साथ झारखंड को प्रगति की नई ऊंचाइयों तक ले जाना। जोहार।
